Sort of stuck?

I joined just a few days ago and played one of those. When I tried to play yesterday, it just gave me this :




it's not a character bug i think because i tried on both my characters. if i move around the radar thing moves but nothing else does. anything can fix this? it worked fine before.

 

-first of my questions: is your aion client updated to v 2.0.0.4 properly?
-when it is. Try to repair with the ncsoft launcher, open aion with the ncsoft launcher and then reinstall the gamezaion patch.

I am having almost the same probleme. My character can't move, but I can use some skills,map scrolls...

 

I'm not sure, I installed the thing on the site and got the ncsoft launcher then in the install folder I put gamezaion, but when I open the launcher it says Aion isn't installed, should I try that first?
