    He might have a dynamic ip or w/e it's called (non static)
    changes everytime he restarts his router :|
    ban his acc and in case he has logged with the same ip with other accs too , make sure they aren't some other ppl's accs and ban em o.o' idk..

    Will i was observing him... He was try to borrow an items from me, I was totally clueless when he pm me that we were close friend, I was like do i know this guy?. The way he ask for items he is like a innocent boy asking for candy but after that he will act like he is mad or something....
