    I think special donation = Western Union method.

    As for specific price, it's up to how much you want to give him.
    $50 is fine, $40 billion in Zimbabwe money isn't bad either.

    And as Ghost stated already the only way to get extra points would be through western union and it varies on the amount you want to donate.
