speed hack/spawn camper

- Full description of what happened and what kind of hack/exploitation was used
Devilkeee (Elyos) was spawn camping and speed hacking in the Besfer Refugee Camp.
he's obviously moving way too fast, moving across the screen almost instantly and warping from spot to spot.
he also outran me on foot (no mau form) while i was gliding, which i haven't seen before
if you put the video in fullscreen you'll see him killing somebody near the flight landing (bottom right chatlog) just before i log out.
he also spawnkills right after i log in to my gladiator.
