Spellbound hearth not working again / Bug with fertilizer

I create a new post because I don't know if the older post are valable to treat in the resolved section, Spellbound hearth don't work anymore with the new patch on wizzard/witch, he don't give the mana regeneration.

And we have a problem with fertilizer, when we farming and puting fertilizer the fertilizer extends the cultivation time instead of reducing it.

I hope these bugs and this post will be viewed by a moderator and resolved.

Yep, no mana regen on Spellbound Heart makes bad Witch succession even worse
