    Delete these files:
    Black Desert Online\bin\GamezBlackDesert32.exe
    Black Desert Online\bin64\GamezBlackDesert64.exe

    Then run your Gamez launcher.

    did it, now it stucks on "Updating Launcher" for about 1h already
