Theres alot of people wanting to go to Lumiel as of now simply because of the stigma system and the balance that it brings.
As to the race balance there I have no idea since I'm on siel.
Hopefully some other people will give you some helpful insight.

Welcome to Gamez, there are alot of formal retail players here, so you'll find a few everywhere, i myself am one as well :)

Server... if you want a stigma system, your best bet is Lumiel, but if you want BOTH stigma trees then come to Siel.

Lumiel balance: i have no clue, as i also play on Siel
Siel balance: The balance is actually pretty even, there are ofcourse your zergs on each side, but in reality there is actually a pretty decent balance of both races. If you try to go solo you will either find good pvp or you will get killed by a group, same as retail. But usually you can find good pvp in solo'ing areas such as the core, Silentera, Beluslan, etc. You will find more group PVP in Inggison and Gelk, so its balanced just about everywhere

I personally play elyos, always have even on retail, but either side is great. Nice people, nice legions, and an overall good amount of players to make friends with and enjoy your time in the game with

    See you in game!
