Bug Description:

Quest Name: [Everfrost] Commune
Step that is bugged: Step two: "Talk to Temuulen to be led to a spot to butcher lambs and obtain some Lamb Meat (0/3)
What is bugged with that step: Temuulen the NPC, never proceeds to lead you to the spot.
How to reproduce the issue: Attempt the quest

Fixes attempted:
I tried butchering the lambs in the described location which yielded lamb meat but the quest does not progress.
I tried abandoning the quest and reinitiating it. It registered the first step which requires you to equip the butcher knife but the NPC (Temuulen) does nothing afterwards.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Simply attempt the quest.​
