still stucked...

i have my gladiator still stucked at char select, i need some gm help to solve this

 

You made request? If you did server was propably not restarted yet.

 

There are many reasons for which your character can be stuck.. like the group or the mailbox ones.

What you can do is make a Player Unstuck Request (which can be found in your user cp after you log in at www.gamezaion.com) and not log in with your account after the until the server restarts once (it restarts daily). I heard that if you log in before the server restarts , you cancel the unstuck proccess , so i'd suggest you don't.

You can also post here about it and wait.

ps: Try to mention about the last thing you were doing before your character gets stuck in your post , this can help usually.

 

i already did all of that more then 5 times

and it didnt work Alente already ported my char to ishalgen and restarted the server and it didnt work too so i need some HEAD GM help!
