strange bug cant use my char

need help i cant even login in game

i selected 1 of my chars but cant login to the game just stucked in the caracter selection, i have requested unstuck in website, but nothing happen

this problem occur after i use command //dye, i was wearing abg plate set and dye was success but i got visual bug like my plate boots appear ob the head, i tried to relog but i cant login anymore, i tried with my other chars in same account but my other char got no problem at all.

& dont log-in after a AM unstucked u manually and wait for a server restart / the server got rebooted
