[Striker] Awakening Buff Skill (Shift+E)​

Bug Description:

Sometimes when you use Shift+E in Awakening form of the Striker the Buff goes into the 3 minute Cooldown but it doesn't register the buff on your buff list, it's wasted.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Try using Shift+E on Awakening Striker while in Movement/Character Animation/Having already buffs on.
Sometimes it goes through , sometimes it doesn't. It's a 50/50 Chance of getting the buff at this point as Striker and it sucks because it's a 3 minute Cooldown buff.​
