Striker rabam skill | Skill buffs not activating?​

Bug Description:

Class: Striker
Skill name: Rabam skill - Flow: Back Step
Skill Level: 56 or higher

The skill is an iFrame that's supposed to give +15 Magic DP and +30% movement speed for 10 seconds.
After doing the skill, those buffs don't show up on my buff bar. So I tested the skill to see if it gave 30% movement speed by running for 10 seconds to see if I notice a speed change... But no speed change.

The skill doesn't give +30% movement speed like its supposed to.
I wasn't able to test the +15 magic DP efficiently... But I assume that it might not be working on the skill either.

I asked in server chat, but no one else knew... So I'm posting it here to be looked at.​
