Stuck At Login

I dont know why but i cant seem to run Gamez.
Im stuck after License Agreement and then game shuts down.
I checked my version is right i upgraded , downgraded but issue still remains.
I was able to run it once before downgrade but couldnt do anything in game.
Now it just doesnt go...any ideas? Im running Windows 8.1

Check if your client is at the same version our servers are, and if you need to apply a downgrade to be able to play with us, if the version is fine the cause is probably your antivirus or firewall not giving access to the Aion client to connect to internet, try setting an exception for the whole Aion folder, or uninstall the software if the exceptions don't work."

 

it just doesnt go. got it to work once ,now its all the same. tried file repair+gamez launcher reinstall incl downgrade. version is allright + added exceptions to firewall etc still no change.

 

What happened the last time you logged in? Got any problems, send logs or anything in particular? It's probably that your character got stuck somehow, try sending an unstuck request from our website (link here) for the last character you logged in (or all if you wish, nothing bad will happen), wait a few minutes and try to log in again, should log in again but if your character is really stuck you won't be able to use it until the server restarts
