Stuck at lvl 49

    stuck at lvl 49, quest fully completed on mystic, was in party, party member completed quest and got to lvl 50, my daily journal says recently completed lvl 50 quest tried relogging multiple times. didn't get item in inventory to complete party member playing archer got item to complete.

    Seems like people that made chars before the patch still get the Catfish quest for level 50. Once they complete the quest, their chars still do not get flagged to go to level 50.
