Stuck at now processing / failed to connect

Im not sure what to do ive flushed dns restarted my router and modem even tired directly connecting to my modem ive turned off firewall , win defender , allowed app through firewall , run as admin , fresh install , and a vpn. I even pinged the server with cmd prompt and was able to get 37 ping so i dont understand why my client wont let me connect if it was my isp i shouldnt be able to ping it any input would be helpful i really would like to play

 

i got this same problem, anyone can help?

 

I will keep you updated if i hear anything but im pretty sure its their server

 

I'm also sure it is a server side issue. I'm trying to help find a solution and have messaged @Carl directly about it. Just be patient, as I am sure it will soon be resolved

Am having the same problem everything load's up just fine and when I click start it says Authentication error and closes.

 

I have fixed it did you have ogrefest installed same with anyone else who has a problem if so i had to format my pc and reinstall windows turns out ogre fest was blocking with a trojan lol...
