Solved Stuck at the character selection

i cant login any of my toons, can someone help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if i try to select any of my toons and click start game it says "You are disconnected from the game server"

yes! i just play yesterday

 

Tell me one of your toon's IGN. And quit the game completely.

Are you using any game boosters/ping reducers?

 

i don't use any of those software or any boosters nor ping reducers

 

Restart your internet.

Your account should be all set. I just checked, and you are able to log in your characters.
If your error continues, it is on your side.

 

You could try using a ping reducer and see if that works. There have been connectivity issues with PH ISPs to gamezaion servers the past couple of weeks, that could be the reason. Try downloading battleping and use it to connect to the game see if that works.
