Stuck Char

Is there any GM who have at least some kind of experience to solve stuck character issue ?
"wait for server restart" - I am not looking for this answer.
What I am looking for is a person who knows how to do his job, because the answer that I got few times looks like more evading the problem than handling it.
If the issue is that u are not qualified enough to solve this problem just say so, instead of giving unreasonable answer. All I am asking is to solve the bug which prevents me to log my character, this task should be piece of cake for GM with an average experience of his work (I guess....).
Rank of my SIN is governor, for which I worked hard, and since restarts happen god knows when, it might even take two weeks or more, this means I will loose it.

If you cant fix this problem without restarting the server, then just do it. As I said at this time of a day 99% of people on Lumiel are afk or just chatting at their bases. No1 will panic cuz of one extra restart. Since Lumiel is very low populated server I think u should pay extra attention to those people who play here cuz you dont want to loose any other players especially the top ones. Instead of that all I see is carefree and lighthearted attitude from all of you, as if you dont even care.

We understand your frustration, however when you are told by a Staff member several times that only a server restart could fix this issue, then you better trust that person. Your account has already been issued an unstuck by a SAM and it didn't help so if I were you I would tone down that attitude a bit towards the person who at least attempted to help you. We are here to help with whatever we can, but not here to be bashed on if our access is not enough to solve certain problems.

These are all the tips we can give in terms of stuck characters:
– If you can log in with other characters of the same account, try .fix and your bugged toon's name.
– If you cannot log in with any of your character from your account, wait for an SAM+ to try unstucking it for you manually.

Unofficial solutions that have helped other players in some cases in the past:
– Restart your router.
– If you cannot even log in with your account, after typing your username, try logging in with an incorrect password a few times, then log in with the correct one.

Even though we wish to help you, if none of them helped above, it means your character is literally hard stuck which could only be solved with a server restart. Please stop creating more threads about the same thing as you won't find any other solution to this problem. Thank you for understanding.

 

Well let me explain you that this is an issue that many players have dealt with in the past. You cannot really ask for someone that "knows how to do his job" since all of us are trying to help you out.

If a simple .fix command or someone of the team has tried to unstick your character and it wasn't successful there's nothing else we can do for this but wait for the restart you mentioned above.

P.S - abyss rank doesn't count that much in this case.
