Stuck in Ascension Quest...

    im totally new to AEON, and i though this was the level 9 Quest to get out of the Noobie zone/Activate teleport, but i guess not.

    i found out that this quest is not implimented on this server and now im stuck in Karamatis. how would i get out of this? and what quest are people refering to as the level 9 quest.
