Stuck in "Enter family name"

Hi, I am a new player.
Installed launcher and game client so far.
Signed in with my user name and password, the game started fine.
But when I click "Start" I am stuck in the "Family Name Settings" window.

The mouse coursor is flashing but I cannot enter anything there.
Already tried changing to different resolutions and different game window settings (full screen, full screen window, wndowed mode), but problem persists.
Also verified that my keyboard works fine.
Please help.

Try clearing cache or force checking the game. Alternatively, try alt-tabbing out of the game and tabbing back in to see if the game registers your peripherals.
