Stuck on Preparing to Download

been stuck on this for awhile now any way to fix or is this normal?

Gave Exceptions to everything still not working

Tried giving Exp to all apps i think i did it right still doenst work. I've ran it in Admin. Running Windows 8.1 any ideas on how to fix really want to play

Been hours of letting it sit to see if it would work but nope still stuck. About to just give up lol not sure what i am doing wrong

 

So I recently found out about GameZ and wanted to give it a try. After downloading the launcher and giving it a try I found myself getting stuck at Updating Patch Files at exactly 40% each time. I have already allowed both Gamez and the BDO folder through my antivirus, firewall, and windows defender.

fixed just downloaded the Version needed on client and it fixed everything

 

NVM had It say File Corruption on the start of game and did the Force Check now stuck on Preparing to Download

This is just too much of a hassle
