Stuck on still processing

I can't login in as well. I get the still processing error/failed to connect before character select menu. I have followed the troubleshooting guide I have restarted my router/computer, set my dns and restarted the router/computer again and the error still persists. No applications are using the port 8888 what's funny is that I have been playing it all week but my game crashed last night and since then can't connect back onto the game.

 

Did you try to rescuing the character you were playing with before the client crashed? It might be stuck and that's why you're unable to log in.

 

I just downloaded a free vpn and was able to connect... Does this mean my isp has blocked gamezbd or does this just increase the mystery?

EDIT: After turning off the vpn I still can't connect so I guess I will just use a vpn for now on and not have to deal with my ISP
