Stuck on "Updating Patch Files"

Hi,

My BDO Gamez Launcher is stuck at "Updating Patch Files" 100%

I have added both BDO and the Gamez Launcher to my Firewall, Antivirus, and Windows Defender exceptions but this does not make a difference.

There are a couple of things you can try. First, yo could try disabling your antivirus, as some like avast, avira, norton, malwarebytes, avg, eset, nod, and a few others seem to sometimes block it no matter what. You could also try using the downgrade file from the community provided mirror links in forum: http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/download-mirrors-client-patch-v683-community-provided.210022/

I have tried disabling my Antivirus and Windows defender before, but it did not work. I am currently going to try downgrading it with one of the mirror links. I'll let you know if that works!
