Stuck updating Patch Files

i dont know what to do anymore so how to solve this problem?

here's my process to get into the game after get a trouble :
i have set launcher, and gamezbd folder into exclusions in windows defender, and reset ipconfig and renew, reinstalling a couple of times and restart my device
so many times to get in the games.

first, it comes with a in-game reconnecting animation, after that i've closed client and start over.
but after that i cant even log in after choosing a seasonal server and crash after doing it, so im trying to solve my problem with
error and solution thread, and im ended trying to force check my files and updating but it doesnt run like it used to be before,
and now here i am, watching forum all over to find an answer but none of it make me get into the game for now.
yeah, i need help.

 

Have you allowed the game through Firewall too or just Windows Defender?

 

im login in before but yeah, reconnecting animation again and back to character selection and crash, then im back with my previous problem

Since your game crashes on character selection I assume you need to install the game again as indicated in the Errors and Solutions section:

i've reinstall it but it comes with stuck patch files again, im coming back to my first problems.
sorry for being rude, i was waking up until now to fix my client files and almost reach my limits to fix trouble.
