STUCK

i cant move with all my chars i need to make new char to play this game and when i log out and came back the char is stuck too WTF is going on ? how to fix this please !

 

When did the problem start and what is your IGN?

 

problem start after i format without losing my files ( windows.old ) from windows 10 to windows 8.1 pro

i didn't reinstall the game files just the launcher

i have the following issues

i cant even select start unless i tab in and out every 1 sec game is freezing

i have to tab in and out until i make full screen then it fix the problem

then when i start the game

my chars are frozen no matter what I did

i did escape i did rescue i did delete the gamez document files and the cache ingame folder and in documents

nothing worked

only when i make new char and then it get frozen after i relog

what is going on

my chars NightMaeve / HestiaD

and every char i make ;__: just frozen
