stuck !

my character was always disconnected .... u said that i w8 server reboot or restart but the restart was finish
but my character was stuck.. im done sending unstuck request in site ,,, why im stuck ??
i think why im stuck because my mail was full.. my 2 character JAMISHA and CUTIEMAGIC.. the reason why the mail of that 2 char was full .. because i sent all my items in my other account on that 2 char ... ( im afraid of my items and char bcoz i have full ABG im donating ...... ((( HELP me PLSS tnx

the server was finish restart but my character was not fix ... GM u said that i will send unstuck request in website then w8 till the server will restart but now why my 2 character was not fix ?? plsss cheack this out can i ask hard unstuck,

Don't attempt log in with character before server gets restarted cuz this will make unstuck not working.
