Sudden change for the normal prize

I just confirmed the amount of Mithril Medals from Head AM Deathangel and he said that the 25 Mithril Medals per Normal Prize request is final and takes effect even to the previous events participants (That includes the Facebook Cover Photo Contest).

So, I'll be needing your new prize requests if there's anything you want.

First of all, why change the prizes if there are still on going events?
It'd be okay if there's an additional prize list like motivation for people to submit better entries of a certain forum event.
But a reduction? That's a big NO.


Hey, why did they also include the fb cover photo contest for the prize change when the event was long gone closed and announced prior to the sudden change which was made just recently today?
Shouldn't we getting what we deserve since the change was just made today?

And also, why would the prizes be changed while there are still on going event?
It's like we've been cheated.

Think of it as this: "there's a "Star in a Million" singing contest, then after many had auditioned and gets accepted for the top finalists, then suddenly the show had a bad news, the reward will be reduced to 25,000 or 50,000 usd or pesos w/c ever the prize would be instead of a million", how would the participants feel? Ragequit? of course yes. Really, there should be no reward reduction while there are still forum events on going.

This is unjust.
