Sudden crashes

    My game keeps crashing every 15-45 minutes and makes it completely unplayable, the game suddenly closes and the gbd launcher opens as if i closed the game with no crash error. sometimes my computer bluescreens when the game crashes as well.

    Has this problem happened in the past? Are your drivers up to date? Is your windows up to date? Is this a fresh install?
    Try:
    • Force checking the game
    • Make sure exceptions have been made for BDO in your antivirus/firewall
    • If you're using norton or bitdefender make sure advanced protection is turned off.
    • Run a system file check
      • Open a command prompt as admin and type in
