Suddenly unable to launch the game

    Hi,
    i was playing just fine a few days ago,
    but now after logging in and clicking launch i am greeted by the following box/blank error message:


    Clicking OK just returns me to desktop.
    Any help would be welcome.
    Thank you.

    + and i saw doubt message
    SmartGuard has decided to close this game session. (Event code: 401)
    what is this problem..?
