[Suggestion] GFX Team

You are truly starting to irritate me, and I don't even know you. I've been wanting to tell you to get out of here ever since your second reply to Uehara. For the sake of keeping myself calm I'm going to ask you to drop this act of yours, and I'm asking nicely. Also, not a good idea to play "Holier Than Thou" with a community you're completely new to, especially with the staff. It's pretty obvious that your first impression on just about everyone in the community is far from even decent, even a kid with barely developed cognitive abilities would've realized they're doing something wrong and tried changing even a little bit.

Applications do not require you to sound full of yourself. In a professional world, sounding overconfident is devastating. Go to a real job interview and take your current attitude with you and then see how far it gets you. I'd assume you'd tell them how they're not following some protocol, or how they're not good enough anyway, that the system is cheating you or something along those lines, but the fact of the matter is: your attitude is extremely off-putting. When it comes to applications, the best thing is to just appear professional. You don't need to show them every work you've done or everywhere you work, most people just want to know that you're a reliable person capable of being part of a community and the responsibilities that come with the position.

Hell, ask anyone around here, I can be a dick. I get a bit overconfident sometimes myself, but even I know better than to present that attitude publicly in a professional environment such as applying for something.

Your best bet would've been to apologize for what you had said since even if you think you were just "catching up", I don't even think a single other person interpreted it that way. Instead you'd like to test someone who has been a part of this staff for..AGES. What do you think is going to happen? People are going to suddenly going to say "WOW! I behave in such a contradictory way! I might as well just step down and have this guy promoted to staff instead!"? No, you're just being a dick.

Here's my advice: Everyone makes mistakes, you made one, admit to it, and give this up. We don't need a GFX team, don't try to make a GFX team, we had one and it failed, but we're a community of people that can definitely make things when we want to (and yes, that means MORE than photoshop, I am actually not retarded and know what "GFX team" means, thank you very much). Stick around a while, have fun, meet people in the community, prove that you're not just a douche stopping by for a title. Maybe then when you actually know the community, know how we operate and have respect for some of our most veteran of staff members/forum members, someone could consider you for a staff position. Right now though, you're just setting fire to yourself, and SirJoseph doesn't seem all too happy, so maybe its time to give up this thread and try to redeem yourself.
