Suggestion to GMs...

Completely..off...topic..

 

Real probleem is if someone isn't abusing its GM power but people are complaining about him but they where wrong them self at the first place. But got a lot of friends to back up and go complaining what then. Fire your Gm or just let tons of people go.
This happend to me but to be onest i rater go myself then. Then doing something people go complaining about.

 

Then that leaves room for an actual probation period. A GM could be abusing powers or someone could be setting him up for a fall. While numbers can be convincing, they are easily obtained. A probational period would certainly help in such cases.

 

Plenty of GMs, devs, and admins have abused their powers. Its not going to change unless the decision Carl makes is well informed. We shall see since I know who should clearly be knocked off that list and stays, and if it based on qualification and ability, its a VERY easy decision

Im sorry for what happened to you and really dont understand some people why they are doing it.

I honestly don't see why Hitkill is no long a GM, in my experience when talking to him or asking for help he never abused his power and was actually helpful. probably some little kid with a big guild of little kids who were crying about something stupid and sawl fit to get someone else in trouble for it.

 

Not to bash or anything but it's not that easy for people to be knocked off the team without substantial effort and reasoning (I know this since as ryang mentioned one shouldve been an easy choice already) and after being rehired (???) there was pretty much a unanimous decision vote by almost the entire aion staff team including Karissa that you go. Half of my restrictions upon becoming a GM stemmed from your actions. I'd hardly say you got the unfair portion of the stick.

..excludes touchy subjects in internal discussions and crystal AMs maybe? Lol, still anyone that's been keeping up with gamez news could say it's not exactly easy to be removed from the staff in MOST scenarios

But that reasoning should be applied to Crystal as well, especially seeing how they have no active GM's what so ever as far as I know.

 

regarding GM this is a subject we the common players old & new cannot fully understand because it involves internal affairs!

what we can do is just trust Carl & Karissa & Team. As long as it is not an obvious outright unlawful scenario then what can we do is one by one prolbably just leave...

but rt now we support Carl's & Karissa's Staff etal. decision.

 

I really lke AION very much, and i am not referring to all GMs, im just referring to some GMs, glad to know they're doing their best to fix this prob, if ever i can help i will gladly do so, i've been playing online RPGs like this for 6years and i am doing the the best to keep the game on hand, not the GMs way but as a player in that game
