Summoning Bug

Friends,

Recently in the game, my friend has had a problem joining groups or summoning scrolls.
When he tries to join or create a group the game displays the message: "You cannot organize a group while the monster is being summoned"

This occurs even when he enters the game after hours without leaving the map or any situation.

Does anyone know what can it be?
