Super Bugged out character quest problems.

Hello.. is there anyway that a GM can fix my super bugged out character??

for example -

the first time i clicked josnack's quest it worked the first time i picked the stone up the statues head it worked but when the time im going to pick up the small stone on the platform i died.. and tried to go back click the small stone it doesn't work..

it says on my quest talk to josnack.. so i went back to josnack tried clicking him he doesn't give any choices like the first time it did he just gives me " AREILUMA " and the rest of the box is total "BLANK"

and there you go got stuck on that stupidity quest.

is there any fix for this?? please reply ASAP my IGN : Lorinachie
