    Sounds like the country based crap from like 1-2 months back, people from some countries couldnt see the donate options or even the free offers while others could at the same time. It would help if he mentioned his country (or you can get his IP and trace it from staff access)

    Edit: Ok he's from Serbia, now that is new. I'll do quick search on this

    Edit2: Figures, they don't ban by country, apparently they ban specific users. Found forums where people explained it pretty well. Some guy got banned for watching all their videos etc. They also said you can get banned for being totally disinterested in their products xd Basically, they have protection in place that gets rid of people that only go there for free cash and nothing else.
