Since its less than a week away, I decided to make a thread ;o. I guess the thread encompasses everything from halftime shows, to god forbid, superbowl commercials, to the interesting side stories in the game (Aaron Rodgers ;D) to the things you're going to do to watch the game and the game itself. Cause after next Sunday, no more football till August x.x. And with lockout chances high, maybe not even for a year after August x.x. And I'm not a huge fan of March Madness so.... w/e tangential stuff. So

    Packers v Steelers

I like the packers simply because Aaron Rodgers is kinda amazing :)

No one that plays aion, watches football. :p

Unless they do an anime-style football broadcast now?

I'll watch the commercials and probably either go out with friends or play games. Football is pretty boring IMO, though I am still having my offer for 50 bucks to let you sit or stand outside my living room window and watch the game on my 52in HD TV. The window will be clean and food and drinks will be provided.

Personally, I hate the Packers. I have to, I'm from Chicago. But Aaron Rodgers is something else. In my opinion, he's the best QB in the league now. And I played Aion and love football, so wrong stereotype D:

Also, Beast, I'll have to pass up such an amazing opportunity this time. But I don't see the big fuss over the commercials. I mean, they're far more entertaining than normal commercials, but not enough to watch solely for them D:

Basically the Superbowl is just an overhyped footballl game, that ppl pay thousands of dollars to go see. The commercials are a lot better than the game itself most of the time.

I have a feeling this year, the game will be outstanding. Packers vs Steelers...an amazing matchup. But yeah, I wouldn't pay thousands of dollars to see it.

    Steeler football > the Packers.

Though, it's a really good matchup this year.

I'm staying home, ordering pizza and watching the game with my sister, girlfriend, and my newborn niece.

@Neokie: OMG I HATE the saints.

@Beast: Lucky I can't derep you on that one. "You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to xxxBeast87 again."

Screw Madden. So what if its been right so many times, its just luck D:, lets go Aaron Rodgers. That Lombardi trophy is as good as youurs.

Honestly though, im hoping to see an amazing game to top off an amazing playoffs this year ;D.

And I wouldn't mind some really entertaining commercials either also lol, and even though the half time show isnt exactly to my liking, I like it a lot better than Prince or w/e. Stupid Janet Jackson messed up half time shows for a long time x.x.
