    I dont get anything here I cant recieve the letter from suthran cuz i need to finish something
    I went to the secret library guard and it says Go to suthran to get the recommendation letter but i cant what quest do i need to finish?

    Use /where Borender to find the NPC you look for.
    You will have to fly up a bit to see him.

    Once you finish all your campaigns in that map, you should be able to receive the letter from Suthran.
