Swamp Nagas / Hesus Rings

so after spending the day doing trial and error, i've found that Hesus Rings and Earrings don't drop from Swamp Nagas. made sure to be the appropriate level (lv. 21), level locked, made sure the drop filter wasn't excluding them. i've spent a few hours mowing through nagas, but i haven't got a drop. i was wondering if it was nerfed, removed/taken out of the drop table, or bugged.

 

This seems like a bug report...but in fairness it was more a question. So I guess it would be difficult to classify where it should go

So it should drop at around (RNG) 2%, which translates into 20% on GamezBD, but they only drop from that one type of monster though, also if you have zero or just low Luck (maximum +5), that would affect it as well.

What I would love to ask really is; Why?

What is so special about those types of accessories that has you chasing them?

If it is for the Materials you gain when Heating them, you can do much better with just Gathering (mining) the right type of mineral (stone-type).

If it is just to get some good accessories, I can asure you that as soon as you get to Mediah, or even just the Southern part of Calpheon, you will start dropping accessories FAR better than the green low leveled ones.

 

edit: i also run 5 luck as well for max drops, with some node investment (lv. 4)

tldr- evasion memes basically, they're the only ring that exists that has evasion (or at least enough to be worth potentially running), and it's a decent chunk at PEN. i know another way to obtain the rings, i just wanted to get enhanced drops to save myself the pain of failstacking and RNG in general on what may end up being totally useless.

long version- i made a build that hits 950 eva before alch stone and other buffs, and minus the 10% all evasion passive on mystic/striker. so basically, it might be possible to hit anywhere from 1.2k-1.3k evasion with all buffs, maybe even more than that. but considering other factors (ninja ~280 ap full accuracy w/ passives and alch stone hits ~625 acc, generally i've heard that 270-280 AP is enough to one-combo) plus additive hit chances with skills (wizard/witch that have +100% ACC [ie. 100% hitrate] skills) might render the build useless, to the point where running cadry instead of hesus is much more beneficial if full DP/resist builds are worth anything at endgame GS. or perhaps the damage mitigation in relation to hit chance (which increases more greatly as hitrate further decreases) might make it worth it to run vs an AP/ACC meta. i don't know. just want to experiment, because i played full tank in retail before people ran around with full PEN c9+, and i have more fun playing tank/CC than glass cannon 1-shotters.

Sorry to say this, but this sentence doesn't actually mean anything. The thing is a "Meme" is a concept (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meme), so it isn't supposed to be used in a sentence this way. Basically you are saying "evasion-thing that is copied by a lot of people", but the fact that I had to ask you, means that it is Not a universally-agreed-upon or done-by-a-majority thing. Nothing personal though, just trying to make sense of this "new"-language is all

Alright then...I do see the issue, but the thing is...I clearly remember getting a full inventory with accessories in that area. It might have been about a year ago now, but I could go back to test the claim. So...basically what needs to happen is for a Bug-Report to be made, then some players have to confirm the findings, and the Developers will then look into it
