Swimming/Stamina Recovery Not Working

    Bug Name:
    Swimming/Stamina Recovery Not Working​
    Bug Description:
    My Corsair was not recovering stamina while treading water,@ surface of the water. Unless this was intended and you need a surface (boat or land) to stand on?​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Start swimming, and while treading on the water there is no stamina recovery. Pressing -F does not recover stamina.​

    I just tested it work normally. Maybe u wanted its very fast regen, but its not is slow regeneration and its intended.
