[system] Character renaming​

Bug Description:

While this is just a minor bug it is quite irritating after a few days, what happens is that the "Character renamed after server restart successful" message is on an unending loop every couple of minutes and while it does not feel like a constant spam it does become quite irritating after a while, so if it is at all possible could you please make it appear only once as it should ​
