t7 and t8 horses have issues with learning skills

I would appreciate it if they look into the rate of the t8 horse skills. I don't think the rest of the tiers are having issues with horse skills. Although, there's this one t7 I had with 4 skills at level 30. Very disappointing horse. Even though she only had 4 skills, she was still a good horse because she gave me my daily t8 horse.

 

Wasnt arguing your thread, was just offering advice to gain optimum chances in a system known to be a bit broken. I have mentioned most of these issues previously during beta, though I was never able to test with t8 then. I agree it does seem to effect T7 and i do see lots of T8 with low skills, but I was figuring that most of them are from low tier trainers and selling horses they raised with non-optimal methods. My T7s started to get better once I hit master trainer in beta though, so I was just suggesting to try a more optimal method and see if its still an issue.

 

Honestly, I wouldn't even consider the training level as one of the factors for the number of horse skill a T8 could have. A guildmate and I have been training horses in retail for a long time and our levels were relatively close to each other(professional 9-10 before I quit and he was Artisan 1 or 2). We would always get at least 12 skills on an unbranded T8 at level 30. If there's anything the training level is best used for, it would be the speed on how you gain a percent when you're leveling up a horse skill. I might be wrong though. We're playing a private server and anything could be changed.
