T9 horses

    I was just wondering besides the increased horse xp rates, is there any new bonuses that help get a tier 9 because I see waaaay more than I did when I played the retail version. But when I was looking up guides for getting them it sounds like a really long process. TLDR is their new bonuses that help get t9s or have I just not noticed them before.

    what's TLDR? and also, if you buy premium you get a higher chance with awakening T9, I got my doom at 4fs and pegasus at like 8 or 12fs, cant remember.
