    Are the conditioning effects stacked? You know, on lvl 2, does it grant you the other 0.6% from lvl 1 too?
    If not, then it's still < than ABG by 0.1 (i.e, plate). If it is...oh boy.

    Well, you can't have NCsoft stomping on their feet waiting for you either. They made the game, so it's only obvious they reserve the right to do whatever to it they want.

    My goodness hysteria is an annoying trait.

    Tac Divine (PvP) is not better than ABG, fully conditioned it's comparably close but after NCSoft nuked the stats on Korean Test the other week it's weaker. What, you think we don't do the math on these things? Yeah right.

    Would be the difference between an ABG tome and a fully conditioned (L2) TCD.

    How obtainable these items will be once 2.7 is released is something I have no intentions on publicly discussing at this stage.
