Tailoring Designs

Currently, I have 490 in tailoring. In order to move on, I need new designs... but I have no idea where to get them. I've done a little reading and I found out that you trade it for burning balaur hearts to some merchant. Is this true? If so, where can I find him?

Go to upper Abyss, and find a secret island that is not on the map called Tigraki Island. One of them will trade Balic designs for Balaur Hearts. Forgot the name of the Shugo,

 

You can only trade the hearts with the corresponding Shugo that you are Expert in.


(the amount of Hearts required vary for different professions)
Balaur Hearts = level 40 'Superior' or 'Heroic' crafts.
Hot Balaur Hearts = level 50 'Superior' or 'Heroic' crafts.
Crafts received are based on chance.


got this from another forum.. "the lvl 58 recipes from what i've seen can be gotten from the new Crafting daily quest." - I still have yet to find these also.

 

No need to go abyss, you can find some 480p designs in cities...

 

I had the same question for my tailoring. Thanks for the tips. Ghost's is good for leveling faster but kimoralii gives good advice for finding fun recipes.
