Take out 10% godstones

making them click yes coz the NO is so negative.

while most people say NO to say its not right to remove it, but fixing it is the best solution.

Evilset was the only dev we had until a week ago. Everything bad that has happened now is completely his fault. I only hope the new devs have enough time to search through his mess of code and fix things for us.

 

He have always had more than just evilset XDD
If he was the only one that used forums is a whole other thing.
Even know we have about twice the amount that the ones shown on forums :3

 

yes i wanna be dependent on my skills , but i voted for GS's to stay. IDC if my GS procs or not, i pvp just the same, i still use me bindings and silence, i have weaps that don't have GS's and yes, i play just the same.

 

I believe Evilset has been here for a long time and as the head developer, he should be more careful. Can't he do more evaluations before implementing it to the live server. His 10% should be based on people's testimony and not his. Yes, 10% is just ridiculous and I am very sure I am one of the few who doesn't rely on this bullshit 10% godstones (they don't look good on weapons). when you are being hit by silence or blind then you pot it off, OMG! silenced/blinded again and so on and so forth. Yes, that's quite awful and obviously it's not 10%.

 

Put 5% blind and silence and 2% para in shop for 1k ea and remove them from drop table (if they are already), better than this 10% sillyness.

 

yes, wipe blind/silence 10%. Ppl gonna QQ about loosing godstones? gimme a break, 90% of them are dupe and they know it. balanced and fair pvp is good enough as compensation.

 

the gostone is ok.. waht they should fix is the rate... i was running today with 3 godstones on me? that was funny.. blind... silence.. and then paralize xD....

All i gotta say is godstones are for whoever can't kill you without. You know how cool it is when u're in a sorc vs sorc fight and after u pot the other sorc's soul freeze a GS comes and u gotta run... or when he has 5% hp and he uses an instant spell on u and u get silenced -> he gets away/pots..

The proc rate is crazy - remove them i say..
I was dueling a sorc who's m.acc was lower than my mres and the godstone silenced me in EVERY duel. This is no 10%, this is f***ing 50% or more >.>

Whoever voted no is either a retard who cannot beat a single person without a gs proc or some random sin e.e... for sure. If not, give me a reason why you want the godstones to stay, a valid, non-retarded reason.

Anyway I ended up getting a 10% silence GS because I got tired of being silenced by everyone else, being stumbled by a physical class then finding that your remove shock no longer works is a real bummer.
As an SM I find that I don't really need to fear at all with fights between other casters and healers because my GS does all the skill cancellation that I would usually use fear to do. (sigil and body root only last so long and I'll be damned if I give the opponent my AP due to my pride.)
OP? Yes. Prevalent on this server? Yes. Likely to change? No.

 

that's because almost everything here on gamez runs on Macc and MR, it's a Fck Fact. chance? chance my ass if you got high Macc you proc almost everything. if you got high MR you resist almost everything.. so what's chance and physical for?/! nothin!

Agreed. But I also play SM and god it's annoying when 99% of the community has a 10% silence gs and it's impossible to cover it. I mean I can only kite for so long, especially when there's 5 templars with them and I'm getting doom lured every which direction...

Anyway I skipped over the first few pages...not in the mood to read. But I definitely voted to get rid of it. Either get rid of it or lower/fix the proc rate. We were testing it the other day and it definitely was NOT a 10% proc rate...But as Kerosene said: Not likely to change. But here's for hoping

 

I love how most of the people that are saying no to it are people who keep asking for change on this server, yet when someone puts forward an idea that effects everyone, most say no, proves how much you want change I voted for yes because it's pretty annoying as Petromaniac said to pot out of silence then get another silence again due to an OP Silence/Blind GS. Also, to those people saying "It's in the database so why not use it", obviously don't know why they don't see it on retail. It got removed almost instantly due to it's OPness. If Gamez can't fix some of the classes in this game, atleast fix being silenced/blinded for a complete 1v1.
