    Hi again,
    Having trouble with taking a customization from retail BDO to this one, its giving me an error, is there a way to fix?
    Thanks

    I'm assuming it is because of the remaster on the retail then.

    As far as I know you can not use retail character templates here, regardless of the version difference.

    It used to work just fine before, (actually even too well since your family name would even override the original template creator's name) but now it seems they (retail devs I assume) added a version check when you import a template, so it doesn't work.
