    I don't know is current stun rate for chanter - never played as chanter.

    The only time I tried Stormwing was on Crystal when we first got 2.0. Stormwing didnt drop. It also hit my whole pt for 26k dmg.

    after the update.. it the stun rate really sucks.. it is really not the way it was before.. i think it was like 55/45 but now it is like 40/60.. maybe a 50/50 chance will do bro.. that is all base in my experience..

    You get there from Silentera ...

    Once you get into beshmundir, you will be starting on the left and working your way to the right. the area in the middle is called the garden of the dead.. just follow the road and you will enter the last building.. i think the entrance to the last building is called the courtyard, cant remember though since I havent been there in awhile.
