    Hello,
    I don't know if it's a server bugg or client bugg but... my character is as if I target him, look:
    1: I target myself, it's okay.

    2: I target another NPC/Player and I continue with this 'light' that appears when you make a target.

    lol.... that's all normal.... if your having targeting issues... i suggest yo open options and look at key mapping for key binds to target diffrent NPC/Enemy PC/MOBS/ ect....

    If you're reffering to this white stripes around you it's not because you selected target, it's because you are a chanter and it's effect from rage spell.

    If not, then I honestly don't understand what you're talking about.

    The glow you have around your character is the effect of the buff called "Rage spell". Once you remove the buff, that white circles will disappear.

    Edit: If you are talking about that yellow circle ones you target someone, It appears like that once you target anyone.

    I think he is talking about the yellow glow when your target some one which is normal. ;p
