    one templar with eat-abg equipment+only raging scroll
    what is his flight speed?+-

    and with charge?(if it works)

    With charge gear and scroll it's 16.And 16 is also the flight speed cap.

    i was hunt 2 templars that they run over 16...i was have 16 speed and they just go far away
