Templar's Damage

oh my u sure hit weak o.o i was just on my asmo killing and my damage seems okay

 

The combat log they posted was using mace/swords. One handed weapon damage is ridiculously low on this server. The video I posted showed greatsword damage; this damage is also too low, but nearly as nerfed as the one hander damage.

 

Retail proof of how it should be or gtfo, kkthx, bye.

This is the link he posted from last page or did you simply not see that? I swear, you are on every one of these threads to tell others they are trolling, mad or whatever. Weren't you one of the ones who stated that BP was all wrong that it took way too much damage and wasn't retail like without even doing proper homework. Retail Videos of Temps damage is pretty much self explanatory.

If you want more evidence just simply go to youtube, type up Aion Templar PvP 2.5 and you'll see a ton of other videos of Temps doing greater consistent damage then what we are accustomed too seeing on Gamez (videos showcasing from Korea, NA, and EU mind you), and within a good amount of those videos those Temps don't even have half the great PvP gears that we do at that.

Case and point, damage has always been funny on Gamez for Temps. When I use some of my strong skills and I crit for 84 damage that simply doesn't add up correctly.

Maybe next time I'll post up my damage blog. I'm sure Evilset has caught wind of this and will make the proper fixes.

hurm.. hard to say.. meby the templar use some BUFF>.<

 

The templar was fully buffed with Empyrean Fury, Divine Fury, and scrolls. He was very lucky with getting high damage crits, but it's impossible to do damage like this on this server. One must also consider that retail has 50% pvp damage reduction.

I farmed Adma Stronghold for a solid year trying get Lannok's GS. I got sick of grinding PvE instances to get drops that never came... That's why I came here

This needs to be seen by the staff.

 

The templars' population is in a shamble D=. So many gladiators and so many sorcs.

 

Did some testing with a fellow templar yesterday. Block is bugged. It only mitigates 20% damage instead of 70%. AM Drannyx told me that this is a known bug. We also did greatsword vs mace damage tests. We did these with full abg plate armor and naked. Having fully abg plate armor allowed roughly 66% of the damage through versus being naked; so, 33% mitigation between pdef and pvp reduction. Mace on the other hand is badly broken. Having full abg plate armor allowed only 10% of the damage through; thus, giving 90% mitigation. Weapons tested are ABG greatsword fused with MCD gs, and ABG warhammer.

I am also posting pictures of what the base stats are for a naked lvl 55 templar on retail.

But, what tittle u're using on SS?

 

From checking my stats on Gamez Aion. In comparison to retail +2 attack, -60 accuracy, -60 critical strike, +37 block.

 

Block is not related to some % but it depends on damage reduce stat

 

shining slash (no random dmg)
punishment (no random dmg)
shieldburst wasnt work (should not miss.. but here it miss)
