    Just wanted to quickly say Thank you Admin Lautaro for getting me my donation points after a few weeks of waiting and no response. It seemed as soon as he saw the issue he PM'd me in the wee hours of the morning. Then the next morning I woke up and did my normal thing and by the time I logged on the issue was resolved and he even gave me some advice as to how to fix my Super Rewards issue.

    I understand only certain people can handle donation point issues, but during all my time searching for answers Lautaro's name never came up and It feels like If i had just PM'd him in the first place it woulda been taken care of ages ago.

    Anyway, Thank you again. Have a happy holiday GN staff~
