Since uthi tracked him down for 30 minutes , i don't think he is a speedhacker.. but let's not open a discussion about this , don't reply to my post if possible , thanks.

And i didn't say she did , i was only saying it was possible... it's not that bad , is it? Personally , i believe if you get the accused here to explain , things will get better. It's not like u tell a hacker "hey u were reported" , she made sure first he was not speedhacking.. now it's up to u if u want to believe that uthi was wrong and he was actually speedhacking - not my business

 

i know what i saw and its not only me.
A huge amount of players were following him , sins which have 10.1 speed w/o title and couldnt approach him , so please...im not a newbie ...

Wrong Petro. It makes the investigation worse. And the real life investigating (Police calls the suspect and interrogate) doesn't apply here.

Any real hackers admitted the crime being accused to them? Don't you laugh with every fail ban appeal real hackers/abusers use to post just to have their freedom back? They are caught in the act but never admitted the crime. I agree with Daxie. If someone is suspected hacking, and the possibilities of turning on and off the hack is being done, then the staff investigating it shouldn't tell it to public as it aware the suspect. (But, posting the hacker's name in public like this thread though makes no difference.)

IF he is really hacking, let's see now if he will still use the said hack.

I don't think the verdict was final since Uthi didn't say that the guy isn't hacking, Unsuspected. Case closed but he is planning to login back again if he's done with his stuffs. Again, this makes the suspected hacker aware of what will happen later on.

I am not saying it's wrong, what I just wanted to say is, there are things that should be kept private specially such investigation. A Private Message to any of the couple will do to give them peace of mind. And not all things should be told in this kind of thread.

SOrry to say this but if there's a bunch of you saw him then I'm shocked, no one even bothered to pop FRAPs up and recorded the "speedhacking".
